How to Order from Cloud Surferz
Step 1: Create an Account & Upload a Valid ID

Sign up or log in to your Cloud Surferz account.

Upload a valid government-issued photo ID to verify that you are 21 years or older.

Your ID will also be checked upon delivery — no exceptions.
🚫 If a valid ID is not present at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and a $15 restocking fee will be applied.
Step 2: Select Your Products

Browse our menu of THCA flower, pre-rolls, and edibles.

Add your favorite products to your cart.

Double-check your selections before proceeding to checkout.
Step 3: Choose Your Delivery Time

At checkout, select your preferred delivery window.

Delivery is available daily between 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM across a 10 mile radius within Houston.

You’ll receive a confirmation text with your estimated arrival time once payment is verified.
